GENERAL INFORMATION

Time Frames:

 

Students should be able to complete their programs within the suggested time frames set by Regency School of Leadership and Theological Studies. All programs must be completed within one calendar year of enrollment. After one month of in-completion of program, students will be required to re-enroll and retake courses, after which there will be no further extensions or grace periods.

 

 

Suggested Time Frames for Completion and Credits:

Biblical Studies Certificate Program 6 months - 15 credits

Christian Leadership and Ministry Training Advanced Certificate Programs 8 months - 30 credits

 

Diploma in either Leadership or Ministry Training 9 - 10 months - 45 credits

Application Process:

1) Submit a completed Application with Registration payment. The $50 Registration Fee is non-refundable.

 

2)  A letter of Acceptance or Denial will be sent to the applicant that will be followed by a telephone call. If applicant is not accepted into their program of choice the Letter of Denial will suggest a program to suit the applicant’s academic level.  Applicant at that point can accept the recommendation or withdraw their application in writing within 5 business days of receipt of denial letter. At that point the Refund Policy will be enforced.

Christian Leadership and Ministry Training Advanced Certificates:
Prerequisites: The Biblical Studies Program
Total Course Credits: 30

Credit Hours: 225

Prerequisites: Leadership or Ministry Training Program

Total Course Credits: 45

Credit Hours: 337.5

Grading Scale:

 

A = 100 - 90% - 4.0 Points
B =   89 - 80% - 3.0 Points
C =   79 - 70% - 2.0 Points
D =   69 - 65% - 1.0 Point

F - Below 65% - Failing
WP - Withdrawal with Passing Grades
WF - Withdrawal with Failing Grades
I - Incomplete

Fees:

 

In addition to the cost of tuition, Fees (student, commencement and conference of certificate) are not included in the cost of tuition. These costs are announced to students 2 months before commencement. Attending commencement is optional.

$35 per year – Biblical Studies

$25 per year – Christian Leadership, Ministry Training

Student Campus Fee: $20 per year payable in February

Commencement Fees: (i.e. the cost of commencement facility divided by number of students)

 

Conference of Certificates: (i.e. the cost of printing, seals, folders, ribbons, etc. fees are divided by the number of students)

 

Credit Card Percentage Fee: (The cost per month credit card transaction for installment payments per student)
